1. About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Kynume, provided by KegaSoft (“we”, “us”, or “our”), handles information when you use the Kynume Android application and related Kynume web services.

Kynume is an entertainment and self-reflection app based on numerology. It does not require an account and is not intended to provide medical, psychological, financial, legal, or other professional advice.

2. Personal information used by Kynume

Profile and numerology information

To calculate and display numerology insights, Kynume may ask you to enter information such as your birth date and, for optional name-based insights, your name. You may also save another person's display name, birth date, relationship type, and optionally a full numerology name for connection features.

Kynume does not request access to your contacts, precise location, camera, microphone, photos, or general device storage for its core numerology features.

3. How information is used

Information you enter into Kynume is used to provide app features such as Life Path and other numerology calculations, daily reflections, saved people, friendship or love connection insights, and shareable result cards. Core numerology calculations are performed on-device.

We do not use the names or birth dates you enter to target advertising, build advertising profiles, or sell personal information.

4. Advertising and consent

Kynume may display advertisements using Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). When advertising services are enabled, Google and its advertising technology may automatically process information such as IP address, app interactions, diagnostic information, and device or advertising identifiers for purposes that may include advertising, measurement, analytics, security, and fraud prevention. The exact processing can depend on your device, region, consent choices, and Google settings.

Where required, Kynume uses Google's consent tools to request or manage advertising privacy choices before eligible advertising services are initialized. Available privacy options may allow you to review or change those choices.

5. Purchases

Kynume may offer a one-time Lifetime Pro purchase through Google Play Billing. Payment processing is handled by Google Play. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

The app may process purchase status and entitlement information needed to confirm, acknowledge, restore, and maintain access to purchased features. Google may process purchase and account-related information under its own terms and privacy policy.

6. Sharing

Kynume can create shareable images from selected results. Sharing occurs only when you choose to use the sharing feature and select a destination through Android's share interface.

Kynume's share cards are designed not to include birth dates or full numerology names. A display name may appear when you choose a sharing option that includes names. Once you share content with another app or service, that third party's privacy practices apply to the content you send.

Temporary share images may be stored in the app's cache and are subject to automatic cleanup and deletion through Kynume's data-clearing controls.

7. Referral and shared links

Kynume may generate anonymous referral links so a recipient can open a shared Kynume experience or be directed to the app's store page. Referral records use random tokens and are designed not to contain your name, birth date, full numerology name, or internal profile identifiers.

Like most internet services, the infrastructure serving these links may necessarily process limited technical request information, such as an IP address and security/server log information, to deliver requests, protect the service, diagnose failures, and prevent abuse. We do not use Kynume referral links to transmit your numerology profile data.

8. Notifications

If you choose to enable reminders, Kynume may request Android notification permission. Daily-return reminders are scheduled locally on your device. Notification text is designed not to expose names, birth dates, or numerology profile details. You can disable notifications in Kynume or in Android settings.

9. Data retention and deletion

Local profile data remains on your device until you edit it, delete it, clear Kynume's data, or uninstall the app, subject to Android's platform behavior. Kynume disables Android application backup/device-transfer backup for its private app data.

Kynume provides data-clearing functionality for locally stored user content and related app state. Clearing Kynume data is designed to remove local profiles, saved people, daily/discovery history, local referral state, ad-frequency state, notification state, cached entitlement state, and temporary share images. A Google Play purchase itself remains associated with Google Play and may be restorable because purchase ownership is maintained by Google, not by Kynume's local database.

Anonymous referral/security records may be retained only for the period reasonably necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and protect the referral service, after which they may be deleted or anonymized as appropriate.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical measures designed to protect information handled by Kynume. Local personal inputs are kept within Android's application sandbox. Kynume does not intentionally transmit names or birth dates through its referral service. Network services used by Kynume are configured to use encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections.

No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so absolute security cannot be promised.

11. Children's privacy

Kynume is not designed as a service directed specifically to children. We do not knowingly operate Kynume for the purpose of collecting children's personal information. If you believe information relating to a child has been handled in a way that requires our attention, please contact us using the method below.

12. International users and privacy choices

Privacy rights vary by jurisdiction. Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning access, deletion, restriction, objection, or consent withdrawal for personal information processed by online services. Because Kynume's numerology profile data is stored locally rather than in a Kynume account, you can manage or delete that local information directly through the app and your device.

Where advertising consent controls are legally required and made available in Kynume, you may use those controls to review applicable advertising privacy choices.

13. Third-party services

Kynume may rely on third-party platform services necessary for distribution, advertising, consent management, purchases, and installation/referral attribution. These can include Google Play, Google Play Billing, Google Mobile Ads, Google's User Messaging Platform, and Google Play Install Referrer. Those providers process information under their own privacy terms.

14. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when Kynume's features, third-party services, legal requirements, or data practices change. The current version will be published at this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.
