Privacy Policy
1. About this policy
This Privacy Policy applies to Which Color, published by KegaSoft, package com.NegasPlay.whichcolorapp. It explains how the app handles photos, locally saved color projects, preferences, optional local diagnostics, advertising, and consent.
2. Photos and image processing
When you take a photo or choose an image, Which Color uses it to identify colors, build palettes, and let you sample colors from the image.
- Color analysis is performed on your device.
- Which Color does not upload your source photo to a KegaSoft server.
- Temporary working copies may be stored in the app cache and are cleaned on a best-effort basis.
- If you save a project while a source image is still available, the app may create an optional, app-owned thumbnail (up to approximately 512 px). The thumbnail does not contain EXIF metadata.
- Your original gallery photo is not deleted by Which Color.
- A camera capture may also remain in the Android media/gallery area if it was created there by the system camera flow.
3. Color projects and local app data
Saved projects are stored locally in the app's private storage. A project may include a project name, optional notes, colors, palette order, color roles, timestamps, and optional reference-color metadata.
Projects are not uploaded to a KegaSoft cloud service. You may choose to export or share a project or palette (for example as JSON or PNG) using Android's system sharing features. When you choose to share, the destination you select may process the file under its own privacy policy.
4. Optional local diagnostics
Which Color contains an optional diagnostic/telemetry feature. It is off by default unless you enable it. When enabled, diagnostic events are written to a local file on your device. They are not sent to a KegaSoft analytics server.
The local diagnostic log is designed not to contain project names, notes, HEX/RGB/Lab values, photo pixels, or photo/file paths.
5. Advertising and Google services
Which Color displays ads using Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads. The app also uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to handle consent and privacy choices where required.
According to Google's Mobile Ads SDK disclosures, Google's advertising SDK may automatically collect and share information such as IP address (which may be used to estimate general location), app/product interactions, diagnostic/performance information, and device/account identifiers including the Android Advertising ID and App Set ID where applicable.
Google states that data transmitted by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS. Google's processing is governed by Google's own terms and privacy practices.
Where required for users in the EEA, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the app uses Google UMP for consent/privacy messaging. Ads are initialized only when the consent system indicates that ads may be requested. If consent cannot be obtained or an ad cannot be loaded, the app's core color features remain available.
When UMP reports that privacy options are required, Which Color provides an entry in Settings so you can revisit those choices.
6. Permissions
- Camera — only when you choose to take a photo.
- Internet / network state — for Google advertising and consent services.
- Advertising ID — used by Google advertising services where applicable.
The app uses Android's system photo picker for gallery selection and does not require broad photo/storage read permission for normal gallery selection.
7. Sharing and sale of data
KegaSoft does not operate a Which Color account or cloud database and does not sell your project or photo content.
Data may be processed by Google through AdMob/UMP as described above. Files also leave the app when you explicitly choose to export or share them through Android's system share sheet.
8. Retention and deletion
- Temporary Smart Capture cache files are subject to app cache cleanup.
- Saved projects remain on your device until you delete them, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the app.
- App-owned project thumbnails are removed when their project is deleted where possible.
- Files you exported/shared are controlled by the destination you selected and must be deleted there separately.
- Android Advertising ID controls are available in Android privacy settings, and UMP privacy choices may be revisited from the app when required.
For privacy or data-deletion questions, contact info@kegasoft.com.tr. Because Which Color has no KegaSoft user account or cloud project store, KegaSoft generally does not possess a server-side copy of your color projects or photos.
9. Security
Which Color minimizes off-device processing by keeping photo analysis and projects on the device. Local app data is protected by Android's application sandbox. No method of storage or transmission is guaranteed to be completely secure, and third-party services are governed by their own security practices.
10. International processing
Google advertising and consent services may process information in countries other than your own, subject to Google's applicable privacy terms and transfer safeguards.
11. Children
Which Color is a general-purpose color utility and does not provide user accounts or a KegaSoft cloud profile. The app is not designed to knowingly request a child's name, email address, or similar account information. Advertising behavior and target-audience settings are also subject to Google Play and Google Ads policies.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when Which Color's features, SDKs, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when the policy changes materially.

Bu Gizlilik Politikası, KegaSoft tarafından yayınlanan Which Color uygulaması, paket adı com.NegasPlay.whichcolorapp için geçerlidir. Uygulamanın fotoğrafları, cihazda saklanan renk projelerini, tercihleri, isteğe bağlı yerel tanılama verilerini, reklamları ve onay süreçlerini nasıl ele aldığını açıklar.
2. Fotoğraflar ve görüntü işleme
Fotoğraf çektiğinizde veya galeriden bir görsel seçtiğinizde Which Color bu görseli renkleri belirlemek, palet oluşturmak ve görsel üzerinden renk örneklemek için kullanır.
- Renk analizi cihazınızda yapılır.
- Which Color kaynak fotoğrafınızı bir KegaSoft sunucusuna yüklemez.
- Geçici çalışma kopyaları uygulama önbelleğinde tutulabilir ve mümkün olduğunca temizlenir.
- Kaynak görsel hâlâ kullanılabilir durumdayken bir proje kaydederseniz, uygulama projeye ait yaklaşık en fazla 512 px küçük bir önizleme görseli oluşturabilir. Bu görsel EXIF bilgisi içermez.
- Galerideki orijinal fotoğrafınız Which Color tarafından silinmez.
- Sistem kamera akışı ile oluşturulan bir fotoğraf Android'in medya/galeri alanında ayrıca kalabilir.
3. Renk projeleri ve yerel uygulama verileri
Kaydettiğiniz projeler uygulamanın özel yerel depolama alanında tutulur. Proje adı, isteğe bağlı notlar, renkler, palet sırası, renk rolleri, zaman bilgileri ve isteğe bağlı referans renk bilgileri saklanabilir.
Projeler bir KegaSoft bulut hizmetine yüklenmez. Projeyi veya paleti JSON/PNG olarak dışa aktarmayı ya da Android paylaşım ekranı ile paylaşmayı siz seçebilirsiniz. Seçtiğiniz hedef uygulama veya hizmet, dosyayı kendi gizlilik politikasına göre işleyebilir.
4. İsteğe bağlı yerel tanılama
Which Color isteğe bağlı bir tanılama/telemetri özelliği içerir. Siz etkinleştirmediğiniz sürece kapalıdır. Etkinleştirildiğinde tanılama olayları cihazınızdaki yerel bir dosyaya yazılır ve KegaSoft analiz sunucusuna gönderilmez.
Yerel tanılama kaydı proje adları, notlar, HEX/RGB/Lab değerleri, fotoğraf pikselleri veya fotoğraf/dosya yolları içermeyecek şekilde tasarlanmıştır.
5. Reklamlar ve Google hizmetleri
Which Color reklam göstermek için Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads kullanır. Uygulama ayrıca gerekli bölgelerde onay ve gizlilik tercihlerini yönetmek için Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) kullanır.
Google'ın Mobile Ads SDK açıklamalarına göre Google reklam SDK'sı; genel/yaklaşık konum tahmininde kullanılabilecek IP adresi, uygulama/ürün etkileşimleri, tanılama ve performans bilgileri ile uygulanabildiği durumlarda Android Reklam Kimliği ve App Set ID gibi cihaz/hesap tanımlayıcılarını otomatik olarak toplayabilir ve paylaşabilir.
Google, Mobile Ads SDK üzerinden aktarılan verilerin TLS ile aktarım sırasında şifrelendiğini belirtir. Google tarafından gerçekleştirilen işlemler Google'ın kendi koşullarına ve gizlilik uygulamalarına tabidir.
AEA, Birleşik Krallık veya İsviçre'de gerekli olduğunda uygulama Google UMP kullanır. Reklamlar yalnızca onay sistemi reklam isteğine izin verdiğini bildirdiğinde başlatılır. Onay alınamaması veya reklamın yüklenememesi uygulamanın temel renk özelliklerini engellemez.
Google UMP gizlilik seçeneklerinin gösterilmesini gerekli gördüğünde Which Color, Ayarlar içinde bu tercihleri yeniden açabileceğiniz bir seçenek sunar.
6. İzinler
- Kamera — yalnızca fotoğraf çekmeyi seçtiğinizde.
- İnternet / ağ durumu — Google reklam ve onay hizmetleri için.
- Reklam Kimliği — uygulanabildiği durumlarda Google reklam hizmetleri tarafından kullanılmak üzere.
Uygulama galeriden seçim için Android sistem fotoğraf seçicisini kullanır ve normal galeri seçimi için geniş kapsamlı fotoğraf/depolama okuma izni istemez.
7. Veri paylaşımı ve satışı
KegaSoft, Which Color için kullanıcı hesabı veya bulut veritabanı işletmez ve fotoğraf ya da proje içeriğinizi satmaz.
Yukarıda açıklandığı gibi AdMob/UMP aracılığıyla Google tarafından veri işlenebilir. Ayrıca bir dosyayı Android sistem paylaşım ekranından siz açıkça dışa aktarmayı veya paylaşmayı seçtiğinizde dosya uygulama dışına çıkar.
8. Saklama ve silme
- Geçici Smart Capture önbellek dosyaları uygulamanın önbellek temizleme politikasına tabidir.
- Kaydedilen projeler siz silene, uygulama verisini temizleyene veya uygulamayı kaldırana kadar cihazınızda kalır.
- Uygulamaya ait proje küçük görselleri, proje silindiğinde mümkün olduğunca silinir.
- Dışa aktardığınız veya paylaştığınız dosyalar seçtiğiniz hedef/depolama alanının kontrolündedir ve gerekirse ayrıca oradan silinmelidir.
- Android Reklam Kimliği denetimleri Android gizlilik ayarlarında bulunur. Gerekli olduğunda Google UMP gizlilik tercihleri uygulama içinden yeniden açılabilir.
Gizlilik veya veri silme ile ilgili sorularınız için info@kegasoft.com.tr adresine yazabilirsiniz. Which Color'ın KegaSoft kullanıcı hesabı veya bulutta proje depolama sistemi bulunmadığından KegaSoft genel olarak fotoğraf veya renk projelerinizin sunucu tarafı bir kopyasına sahip değildir.
9. Güvenlik
Which Color, fotoğraf analizini ve projeleri cihaz üzerinde tutarak cihaz dışı veri işlemeyi azaltır. Yerel uygulama verileri Android uygulama korumalı alanında tutulur. Hiçbir saklama veya aktarım yönteminin tamamen güvenli olduğu garanti edilemez; üçüncü taraf hizmetler kendi güvenlik uygulamalarına tabidir.
10. Uluslararası veri işleme
Google reklam ve onay hizmetleri, bilgileri bulunduğunuz ülke dışındaki ülkelerde Google'ın geçerli gizlilik koşulları ve veri aktarım önlemleri kapsamında işleyebilir.
11. Çocuklar
Which Color genel amaçlı bir renk aracıdır ve kullanıcı hesabı ya da KegaSoft bulut profili oluşturmaz. Uygulama çocuklardan ad, e-posta adresi veya benzeri hesap bilgilerini bilerek istemek üzere tasarlanmamıştır. Reklam davranışı ve hedef kitle ayarları ayrıca Google Play ve Google Ads politikalarına tabidir.
12. Politikadaki değişiklikler
Which Color özellikleri, kullanılan SDK'lar veya yasal gereklilikler değiştiğinde bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli bir değişiklik olduğunda sayfanın üst kısmındaki yürürlük tarihi güncellenir.
